How quickly can I get a runner?
Most bookings are matched within 60 minutes during operating hours (7 AM – 8 PM). For same-day requests, book before noon for best availability.
How do I pay?
We accept M-Pesa, card payments, and cash on delivery. Payment details are confirmed at booking.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Nairobi and its environs — including Westlands, CBD, Kilimani, Karen, Eastleigh, Kasarani, and more. Coverage is expanding regularly.
Can I become a runner?
Yes! Runners must be 18+, have a valid ID, and pass a background check. Use the form above and select "Become a Runner" or visit our signup page.
What if I'm unhappy with the service?
Contact our support team within 24 hours of job completion and we'll investigate and offer a resolution — including a refund or re-service where appropriate.
